Renovation
“Mira” Residential Complex — 45 m²

Project Details
The main challenge was to fit all the necessary functions into this space while creating a comfortable and ergonomic layout. This applies both to the floor plan and the furniture — everything needed to be convenient, compact, and stylish. And we achieved it — the client is happy! The key to success was a well-thought-out layout. Within 45 m², we created a full bedroom, an open-plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance hall, and a bathroom. There is also plenty of storage space and a cozy relaxation area in the bedroom. Combining the loggia with the room and adding panoramic glazing brought in more natural light and created a unique atmosphere. Calm finishes, wooden wall panels, and soft, diffused lighting made the apartment feel cozy and stylish.
